From an original partnership that began in 1992, the concept of Westfield & Associates was born. John and Mike started with humble beginnings. Both with Maritime backgrounds, decided that a  change in direction was needed, leaving their sea days and "Class 2 office" qualifications behind they joined a sales firm from the USA where they both achieved remarkable success.

After three years, they were recruited by a UK sales firm, where they built an organization that generated over £103 million in revenue and won several awards, including cars, holidays, and cash bonuses.

Over the past 20+ years, they have successfully assisted businesses in marketing their products by recruiting and training key personnel. They have operated in various sectors, from financial services to property sales, across multiple countries, including Dubai, Spain, Australia, the Republic of Ireland, and the UK.
